Introduction

I have been involved in language education for over 35 years. For 15 years, I focused on children's English, and after that, I established a school and have been working as a manager and instructor, mainly teaching English to people from infants to those in their 70s. Since 2022, I have been affiliated with a Taiwanese platform, teaching Japanese to learners from children to those in their 60s around the world.

Through my experience, I have developed my own teaching methods and excel at motivating students and guiding them to achieve their goals. Regardless of the era or nationality, I firmly believe that the most important factors are the student's perseverance and the instructor's coaching ability.

言語教育に携わって35年以上になります。児童英語に15年、その後は、乳児から７０代まで全世代に関わってスクールを立ち上げ、経営者兼指導者として主に英語指導をしてきました。2022年からは、台湾のプラットフォームに属して、世界各国の児童から60代の学習者に日本語の指導も始めました。
これまでの経験を通して、独自の指導法を確立し、生徒のモチベーションを継続させ、ゴールに到達させるまでしっかり寄り添っていけるコーチ力を得意としております。
時代や国籍は変われど、最終的には、生徒の「やり抜く力」と指導者の「コーチング力」が一番大切であると確信しています。
